Sharon Lee Hunt, 79, of Brandon, passed away surrounded by family on Monday, Feb. 11, 2019 at the Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls, following a six-month battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
Sharon was born in Sioux Falls, S.D., to Levi and Jean (Kenyon) Boese on July 21, 1939. Sharon graduated from Washington High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Roger Wayne Hunt, on June 14, 1959.

Mary June Wallin was born Feb. 25, 1950 in Sioux Falls, to Leonard A. “Turk” and Alma “June” (VanBockern) Wallin. She attended school in Sioux Falls and graduated from Washington High School in 1968.
Mary was married to Bill Sutton from 1973 until 1999. Together they had three children and made their home near Lennox, S.D. During that time, she worked as a nurse’s aide and at the local grocery store.
In 1999, when Mary moved to Sioux Falls, she began working at Macy’s and was employed there until she retired in 2016. She was proud to be part of the organization and always enjoyed sharing news of the latest deals and specials with friends and family members.

Clarice C. Adema, 76, of Mitchell, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019 peacefully at Avera Queen of Peace under hospice care. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14 at First Reformed Church in Mitchell. Burial will be in the Servicemen’s Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb.13 at the Will Funeral Chapel with a prayer service beginning at 7 p.m.
Clarice C. Adema, daughter of Joe and Hattie (Bonsma) Odens, was born Feb. 27, 1942 in Springfield, S.D. She graduated from Springfield High School. Clarice was united in marriage with James Adema on Aug. 25, 1960. She was a stay at home mom for many years also taking in laundry, babysitting and ironing for senior citizens. Later, Clarice was employed at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in the housekeeping department.
