Five years of planning have finally paid off for the city of Brandon and its park advisory committee with the city’s recent land purchase intended to expand Aspen Park and its recreational possibilities.
The melodic harmonies of Tonic Sol-fa will fill the room at this year’s Bethany Lutheran Foundation Dinner, set for Sunday, Nov. 5, at the Holiday Inn Express in Brandon.
The Marching Lynx put on one of their best shows of the season Oct. 7, earning top honors in class AAA (field) and third place overall in the Sioux Falls Festival of Bands.
