Karen L. Grapevine, 85, of Sioux Falls, died Friday, Sept. 19, 2025 at her home in Dow Rummel Village. 
Bettie Leone Larsen, 94, formerly of Sioux Falls, passed away peacefully with family at her side on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, at Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home in Viborg. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, at Abiding Savior Free Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls, followed by burial at Rosehill Cemetery, Parker. Visitation with family present will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Hofmeister Jones Funeral Home.
Marjorie Jean Perry, 88, of Brandon, S.D., passed away peacefully from heart failure on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls, S.D. Her memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025, at Brandon Lutheran Church in Brandon. Burial will take place at Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, S.D., at a later date. For those that will be attending, the family requests that you wear something red, as it was her favorite color. In honor of Marjorie’s legacy of giving, the family requests that memorials be directed to Brandon Lutheran Church in Brandon or Ava’s House in Sioux Falls. 
Donald M. Branson, 90, of Brandon, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Center, Sioux Falls, surrounded by his family.

She grew up in Watertown, graduating from Watertown High School in 1955. She attended Northern State College in Aberdeen, where she met Lyle Perry. They were married on Dec.18, 1955, in Watertown, and soon after began their life together at Fort Benning, Ga., while Lyle served in the U.S. Army.
Charles “Chip” Ernest Kniffin, 73, of Sioux Falls, died at home on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025, after a short battle with cancer.
Donald M. Branson, 90, of Brandon, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Center, Sioux Falls, surrounded by his family. His funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced in the coming days.
Bruce Lynn Dysthe, 81, of Beaver Creek, Minn., passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Sept. 12, 2025, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.
Jerry LeRoy Larson, 81, of Brandon, died Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, surrounded by his family.
Leota Kay Solberg, 83, of Alcester, died Monday, Sept. 8, 2025, at the Alcester Care & Rehab Center in Alcester. Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 13 at the Hudson Lutheran Church. Burial followed at Eden Cemetery of Hudson.
