Royal Family Kids Camp stages 25-cent event

Proceeds from a 25-cent event from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 6 at Active Generations, 5500 E. Generations pl., Sioux Falls, will benefit Royal Family Kids Camp.

Doors open at 9:30 a.m. and lunch will be provided.

Bingo with BVHA on April 6

Brandon Valley Hockey Association is partnering with Brandon’s VFW Three Rivers Post #4726 on a family bingo night on Saturday, April 6. Games start at 7 p.m. and cards are a quarter each. 

Current needs at the Brandon Food Pantry

Current needs at the Brandon Food Pantry are ketchup, pizza sauce, boxed Jello and puddings, brownie mixes, toothpaste and shampoo (not conditioner).

Dueling Duo returns for Brandon Fire Dept. fundraiser

Mark Friday, April 19 on your calendar. It’s the Brandon Volunteer Fire Department’s annual spring fundraiser at the Holiday Inn Express. Once again, Dueling Duo will entertain the crowd with their fun, lively and interactive show.

Register for MCAP summer kids camp

Registrations for the Mighty Corson Art Players summer kids camp are now being accepted. The June 10-14 camp will take place at the Corson Playhouse. Throughout the week, campers will rehearse an original story, “A Night in the Woods,” written by local playwright H.E. Dunkle. The camp culminates with a production of “A Night in the Woods” Saturday afternoon, June 15.

The camp is for kids in grades K-6 and is limited 20 participants per session. Morning sessions are 9-11:30 a.m. and the afternoon sessions run from 1-3:30 p.m. Registration closes May 27.
