When Kyle Thill graduated from Sioux Falls Washington, he wasn’t sure which career path to take, so he enrolled at Colorado Technical University and studied criminal justice.
Thill, 33, soon learned that wasn’t the field for him.
Earlier this year, the Brandon Valley eighth-grader represented South Dakota in the Scripps National Spelling Bee. That competition took him all the way to Washington, D.C.
Valley Springs City Commissioners will consider plugging $5,000 into their 2020 budget for emergency 911 medical coverage. The request from MED-Star Paramedic’s assistant director AJ Spake, was made at the commission’s Dec. 11 meeting.
