Carson Askdal, a member of Brandon Valley High’s spring club baseball team kept a promise he made to Connor Golinick and brought along four teammates (from left) Joe Kolbeck, Landen Niehoff, Askdal, Jack Krohnke and Matt Brown to Connor’s baseball game last week. They cheered him on and signed the baseball that they gave him on Tuesday at their game. Connor’s mother, Mel, said that Connor “was so excited to see them and it was a huge deal for Connor and the rest of the Tigers team. Connor wants to drive out to Pierre this weekend to cheer them on as they make their way to State!”
