Local students named to ISU spring dean’s list
More than 10,500 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the spring semester 2021 Dean’s List. Students named to the Dean’s List must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework.
Among the local students are: Brandon – Austin Eigenberg, construction engineering; Alex Rogen, veterinary medicine; Noah Weber, interior design; Sioux Falls – Arianna Fore, interior design; Valley Springs – Lily Harvison, kinesiology and health.
Trio of Brandon, Valley Springs students are ISU graduates
Iowa State University recognized 4,798 spring graduates, including three from local students, on May 7 and 8. Iowa State awarded 4,176 undergraduate degrees, 609 graduate degrees and 143 veterinary medicine degrees.
Matthew Eigenberg and Alex Rogen, both of Brandon, and Lily Harvison, of Valley Springs, are among the graduates. Eigenberg, who graduated Cum Laude, was awarded a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. Rogen received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, and Harvison earned a B.S. degree in kinesiology and health. She also graduated Cum Laude and is an Honors Program member.
Halling lands on MSU-Moorhead dean’s list
Brandon Valley High School alum and nursing major Mallory Halling, of Sioux Falls, was named to the Minnesota State University-Moorhead spring semester dean’s list.
