Dancing their way to the top

The senior and junior teams from Allison’s Dance Academy in Brandon made quite a splash at DanZa, a regional dance competition held earlier this month in Nebraska. The senior dance team captured first place in hip hop and jazz, and second place in lyrical and tap. They also brought home the “Most Entertaining” award. The junior team placed second in lyrical, jazz and tap. In addition, many of the dancers performed other routines during the weekend competition.
