Lester Earl Johnson III, 71, of Sioux Falls, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Service are pending.

He is survived by daughters, Charlotte and Christina Johnson, both of Sioux Falls; son, Nathan Snook (Samantha Husaboe) of Sioux Falls; grandchildren, Dylan, Jade, Madalynne, Caden; four great-grandchildren, Lyric, Odin, Ivory and Delilah; brother, Harold (Karlene) Elcock of Sioux Falls; and sisters, Carol (Dave) Richardson of Brandon, Diana Cauthon and Gladys Horr, both of Sioux Falls, Leslie (Jim) Roberts of Zephyrhills, Fla., Christine (Leroy) Slaight of Sioux Falls, and twin sisters, Kathrine McGinnis and Kathleen Clement, both of Omaha, Neb.; and a host of additional family and friends.
