Rebecca M. Francis, 59, of Brandon, died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021 at Dougherty Hospice in Sioux Falls, surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Francis of Brandon; daughter, Tamara (Josh Morey) Groves of Brandon; son, Cody Francis of Brandon; grandson, Andrew Groves of Brandon; her mother, Robyn (Loren) Dockter of Pipestone, Minn.; sister, Renee (David) Moshoures of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; niece, Jessica Dockter; nephews, David Lee Moshoures and Daniel Moshoures; and a host of additional relatives and friends.
