NOTICE OF HEARING FOR NAME CHANGE OF A MINOR CHILD (UNCONTESTED)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Verified Petition for Name Change of a Minor Child has been filed by Danielle Renee Shumate the object and prayer of which is to change their minor child’s name from Destini AnnaLynn Hoff to Destini AnnaLynn Shumate. On the 3rd day of March, 2020, at the hour of 11:00 am said Verified Petition will be heard by this Court before the Honorable Robin Houwman Presiding, at the Court Room in the 6A Minnehaha County Courthouse, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, South Dakota, or as soon thereafter as is convenient for the court. Any interested party may come and appear at the time and place and show reasons, if any, why said name should not be changed as requested.
