Letter to Editor: Bosch – Disagrees with editorial on public comment

I don’t disagree with (all of the) content of your editorial in the Aug. 31, 2022 issue about video showing in the “public comment” time at county commission meetings, but I take great issue with your tone.

As a new subscriber to the Journal, I hoped to learn more about my community and invest more in it. I now know what I need about the editorial slant and likely will read less of the paper and therefore not get what I subscribed for in the first place.

You made a great point, but I want to dismiss it because of your biased comments. And your final phrase, “better for everyone” presumes on your opinion and is a very arrogant thing to say.
