Jord Turner, 83

Jord Eugene Turner, 83, of Sioux Falls, died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021, in his other home of Welton, Ariz., at the Yuma Regional Medical Center.

Memorial Services will begin at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, at First Evangelical Free Church, 2601 W. 69th St., Sioux Falls, with a visitation starting at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at the SD State Veteran’s Cemetery. 

He is survived by his wife, Linda Turner, Sioux Falls/Wellton; children, Jord (Gwendolyn) Turner Jr., Hutchinson, Minn., Robert Turner, Custer, Kathy Turner Flanagan and Jay Turner, Tori (Craig) Wittrock, Jason Smith, and Nichole (Chad) DeVries, all of Sioux Falls, and Cindy (Chad) Egeberg, Brookings; 26 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; special friends, Joann Baker, Stan and Dee Hayes; and as well as several other special friends and family members.
