James "Jim" Grace, 68

James “Jim” Edward Grace, 68, of Valley Springs, died Monday, June 28, 2021, at the Sanford Foundations Cottage in Sioux Falls, surrounded by his family following brief bout with cancer.

Funeral services were held Friday, July 2, 2021, at Heartland Funeral Home, Brandon. 

Jim is survived by four daughters, Amanda (Cameron) Benolkin, Harrisburg, Jodee Westerbur, Sioux Falls, Brandi Grace (Brian Bradley), Garretson, and Bobbie (Chris) Safar, Valley Springs; eight grandchildren, Justis, Jackson, Julia, Zoey, Aiden, Taylor (Aaron), Tessa (Jordyn), Kennedy; great-grandchild, William; three siblings, Ron Grace, Brighton, Colo., Pamela Carlson, Aurora, Colo., and Marilyn Minero-Grace, Denver, Colo.; four foster siblings, Beverly Sombke, Groton, Lavonne Gesling, Harrisburg, Wilber (Judy) Albrecht, Columbia, and Leland (Vickie) Albrecht, Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.
